Attorney Biography
Mr. Omojola received his juris doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was on the mock trial team while focusing on securities law and civil litigation. He interned at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and at the City of Newark's Department of Law where he tried several cases in the prosecutor's office, pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:21(a)(3).
Mr. Omojola externed at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where he worked on cases of securities law violations including: Regulation SHO, shortsales and close-out requirements, failure to deliver prospectuses, nondisclosures on U4 Form, lending to or borrowing from customers, margin requirements, outside business activities, sanctions, and supervisory requirements.
He was also a member of Seton Hall Law School's civil litigation clinic. There he worked on a complex litigation case, with a team that represented the estate of a deceased homeowner against a bank seeking foreclosure. The team also sued banks, attorneys, mortgage brokerage companies, and individuals. Mr. Omojola personally represented the estate with adversarial attorneys, and directly negotiated a settlement of several thousand dollars for the estate, on one of the litigated issues.
The recent wave of foreclosure and mortgage securitization touching on securities issues and real estate law created a natural niche for Mr. Omojola. As a specialist in foreclosure defense, he is able to trace mortgage loans through the financial system, and uncover bank irregulaties when representing homeowners. He practices on the cutting edge of foreclosure defense, stays informed on the newest developments, and is part of a network of foreclosure defense professionals across the United States.
Mr. Omojola also practices in the areas of immigration, bankruptcy, real estate, securities law, business and corporate law, and civil & commercial litigation.

Attorney Biography
Mr. Chidiac adds his decades of legal experiance to Omojola & Associates. He graduated from the University of Louisville in 1969 and has been practicing for 43 years, with a general practice that included workers compensation, immigration law, bankruptcy, business & corporate law, and negligence cases. Besides proficiency in said areas, Mr. Chidiac currently focuses on real estate, municipal issues, ladlord-tenant, family law, wills, estates, and criminal law.
In the area of real estate law, Mr. Chidiac has processed transactions and contracts for purchasers and sellers. Substantively, his real estate practice included zoning, permits, and development.
In his municipal practice, he has represented clients in all matters from traffic issues to disorderly persons cases. When clients find themselves facing indictable criminal prosecution, they have always been able to count on Mr. Chidiac's experience in all facets of criminal law, including trials.
With his landlord-tenant practice, Mr. Chidiac represnts landlords as well as tenants on issues of eviction, nonpayment, and for-cause cases. In family law, he has represented clients facing divorce proceedings, restraining orders, and has helped with issues of custody and child support. Countless clients have also utilized his serices to ensure their wishes after passing, with the drafting of wills, and legal services with estates.

Ebony L. Ellis, Esq.

Attorney Biography
Ms. Ellis received her juris doctorate from Howard University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Ellis was a member of the Trial Advocacy Moot Court Team and one one of sixteen students selected to participate in the Criminal Jutice Clinic. Ms. Ellis tried several cases in the Criminal Justice Clinic pursuant to Rule 48 of D.C. Court of Appeals Rules.
She also represented individuals at parol revocation hearings before the U.S. Parol Commission.
After law school, Ms. Ellis served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marcella A. Holland, Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. There she worked on a variety of civil and criminal cases, providing key insight into the mechanics of trial practice from the bench's perspecive.
Before joining Omojola & Associates, Ms. Ellis represented clients with issues of criminal law, personal injury and estate administration. Ms. Ellis also practices in the areas of contracts, business & corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, immigration, bankruptcy, and champions clients' interests in family law. Omojola & Associates is glad to have Ms. Ellis as a member of the legal team.
